Terms and Conditions MGH5 – Platform Usage Guidelines

Welcome to MGH5, an online entertainment platform operated under the brand name MGH5 (hereinafter referred to as "MGH5", "we", or "the platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member" or "you") and MGH5.

The following are strictly prohibited on the MGH5 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and freezing of all funds:

• Registering or maintaining more than one MGH5 account.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Hedging bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit or circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or another person's payment method.
• Any form of fraud, including unauthorized chargebacks.
• Money laundering through repeated deposits and withdrawals.
• Using bots, automated software, or any technical means to interfere with or exploit the platform.
• Selling, transferring, or auctioning your MGH5 account to another party.

Members may request account closure at any time via the account settings page or by contacting the mgh5 support team. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and there are no active investigations related to your account.

Mgh5 reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• There are signs or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or inaccurate.
• There is an instruction from a relevant authority or regulatory body.
• The member is proven to be under 18 years of age.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, MGH5 reserves the right to hold all funds in that account until the investigation is complete. Funds proven to have been legitimately obtained will be returned once the investigation concludes.

Mgh5 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of participation in games.
• Damage to your hardware or software resulting from use of the platform.
• Financial losses due to internet service disruptions or technical failures beyond mgh5's control.
• Unauthorized third-party actions that gain access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

MGH5's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
